Triton Motorsports' floating brake rotors bring true two-piece rotor construction to the Audi S6, S7, and S8 — a billet aluminum hat paired with a separate high carbon iron alloy disc ring, built as a direct replacement for the factory setup with no modification required.
The floating design allows the rotor to expand and contract independently of the hat under heavy braking, reducing warping and distortion that a fixed one-piece rotor can't dissipate as effectively. Combined with venting for improved airflow, that means more consistent heat management, shorter stopping distances, and dependable pedal feel even under repeated hard use.
